Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after receipt. Please allow additional time for tracking updates, as local couriers may experience minor delays. Orders are not processed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).

2. Delivery Time

We strive to ship your orders from our warehouses as quickly as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

3. Change of Delivery Address

There are no additional fees for changing the shipping address before we provide you with a tracking number.

4. Order Tracking

If you have registered an account with prodirectsoccer.shop, you can easily track your order and shipping details through your account page. If you have not registered, you can still track your order by entering your Order ID and email here.

5. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately. We will process your cancellation without any additional handling fees and issue a full refund. Once the item has been shipped, our standard return policy applies.

6. Shipping Details

We offer tax-free shipping on all orders. Currently, we only support shipping within the United States and do not ship to other regions.
